WWI Lecture: Clearing Live Explosives Today in WWI Tunnels

The Works: Ohio Center for History, Art & Technology, in conjunction with its current World War I exhibit, is presenting a lecture, "Clearing Explosives Today in World War I Tunnels," on Sunday, February 8th at 2:00 pm. The lecture will be presented by munitions expert Don Darmos, a retired law enforcement officer and past commander of the Lorain, Ohio bomb squad, who will speak on the highly dangerous and volatile conditions munitions experts face today in the disposal of unexploded, underground World War I ordinance. The talk is free and open to the public.
