Spring Break Nationals At The Works
Wednesday, March 26
Races at 1:00 & 4:00 p.m.
(Newark, OH): The Works: Ohio Center for History, Art & Technology waves the green flag for its annual Spring Break Nationals competitions on Wednesday, March 26 with race heats at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. This annual event hosted by National Trail Raceway is free to members of The Works or general admission for non-members.
Spring Break Nationals is a day filled with racing fun! Using creativity and ingenuity, children build a fast and furious race car from K’NEX pieces in The Works Go Lab. Car creations are put to the test on the track as they compete in head-to-head races against other competitors. When the dust settles, awards are given to winners courtesy of National Trail Raceway.
Race car driver Rick Watson will also be in attendance with his souped-up Chevy Malibu during Spring Break Nationals. Rick is a driver with Watson Brothers Racing sponsored by Coughlincars.com and Auto Additions.
