Music to the Mind

In this session, Dr. Nestor Matthews (Denison University Psychology / Neuroscience) will summarize research connecting music to Psychology. Topics will include music's role in infant social development, second-language acquisition, cognition, personality, and mental health. The session will feature recent psychological research conducted with "The Bluecoats" - a world champion drum corps that has rehearsed right here in Granville. All are welcome.
