Licking Soil and Water will celebrate 70 years of helping Licking County residents conserve soil and water resources at the Anniversary Banquet on October 16th. The annual event begins with a social hour which coincides the Board of Supervisor's election. Dinner and awards will begin at 6:30 pm. Guest speaker, Ohio Environmental Council attorney Nathan Johnson, will discuss issues relating to nutrients and algal blooms and EPA changes to Clean Water Act. Tickets are only $15 per person.
