The Ohio Civil Rights Commission will hold one of its fall hearings on Denison's campus. The hearing is open to the public and provides an opportunity for students and the community to learn more about Ohio's civil rights proceedings. Member of the community may come and go during the hearing and observe the proceedings. Observers will be able to witness the process of investigation, argument, responses and questioning by persons filing charges of discrimination, those defending themselves against these charges, and five commissioners. It is a chance to see a legal process in action. There will be time for Q&A with the commissioners when the hearing ends, about noon or shortly thereafter.
