The Denison University Department of Mathematics and Computer Science welcomes students of all ages to learn to write code in an ?Hour of Code?. The Hour of Code is a free one-hour international event that enables all ages to take part in and learn about creating code. Denison has partnered with The Works: Ohio Center for History, Art & Technology to offer an Hour of Code to local residents. All ages are invited to attend; no experience or equipment is needed, and all skill levels are welcome. Participants will choose from a variety of fun self-guided coding tutorials for kindergarten and up, featuring fun topics such as Disney?s Frozen, Scrat from Ice Age, Angry Birds, and Plants vs. Zombies.
