Denison University’s 13th Human Rights Film Festival presents a screening of the 2016 documentary “Fire at Sea,” directed by Gianfranco Rosi. Heartbreak, hope and nostalgia collide in this complex portrait of Lampedusa, a Mediterranean island where thousands of migrants from Africa land each year.
