Denison: 'Do I Sound Gay?'
Outlook and Neuroscience Education & Research at Denison (N.E.R.D.) present a screening and discussion of the 2014 documentary "Do I Sound Gay?" Addressing stereotypes about the speech patterns of gay men, journalist David Thorpe confronts his anxiety over sounding gay by talking to LGBT icons like Dan Savage and George Takei, and exploring the cultural history of the gay voice in film and television.
