Denison: Big Green Boxes one-act play

The Denison Independent Theatre Association (DITA) presents a one-act play titled "Big Green Boxes" at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 29, and Saturday, April 30, at the Knapp Performance Lab (300 Ridge Road). This event is free and open to the public. For more information, visit Denison.edu. Presented by DITA, a student-run organization, "Big Green Boxes" is an experimental, anti-realistic piece that seeks to mimic and explain the process of memory in a dementia patient. A woman in her final stages of life seeks to organize and make sense of her decaying memory while visiting with images of her loved ones, some dead and some living. The play is student-written and directed.
