An Evening at the Avery-Downer House: An Architectural Masterpiece

William Heyer, classical architect at William Heyer Architect, will offer a lecture and tour of the Avery-Downer House, one of America’s finest examples of Grecian architecture. Heyer will address the building's importance in Ohio, as well as in the larger context of the world wide Greek Revival movement.  

Following the lecture, Mr. Heyer will lead small groups through the house, offering insights and the rare opportunity to discover and discuss details of the construction and stylistic elements of this architectural masterpiece.
